| I never saw the whole thing with bracket racing.... WOW a whole 1/4 mile in a straight line... such a thrilling experience... but let's not get into a whole mess over that. with road course racing you can get your pick of tracks that hold events for weekend 'junkies' to get a feel for it. Much more diverse and 'fulfulling' than just racing for ~12seconds or less at a time not to mention that that's a stepping stone for bigger better things I really don't see how you can advance much in bracket racing, in road course you can move all the way up to ALMS/LMS or better if you get good enough [part of it you're born with but you're going to be ahead of the curve with your general racing experience] Road Atlanta VIR Roebling Road Sebring Lime Rock Laguna Seca TWS Mid Ohio etc all great tracks where history has been made and they're sure to pump some motivation juice in your veins :-D
